You’ve put in the hours, the sweat, and possibly a few hushed pep talks to your seedlings. The last thing you need is the local bird population treating your vegetable patch like an all-you-can-eat buffet. This 2m Net Grow Tunnel is the intervention you—and your kale—have been waiting for.

Designed to provide a serious layer of protection for raised beds and garden rows, this tunnel is a masterclass in "sturdy yet portable." Supported by 6mm fibreglass poles and covered in a 90gsm mesh, it’s lightweight enough to move where the action is, but tough enough to stand its ground against unwanted visitors. With 4mm holes, it keeps the pests out while letting the good stuff (sun and rain) in.

Because we know gardening is often a game of angles, we’ve included four flaps for easy access from both sides. No more awkward reaching or unpinning the whole structure just to check on a stray lettuce. We’ve also included guy ropes and ground pegs, because a protective tunnel is only useful if it actually stays over your plants.

A note for the truly devoted: While these are built for New Zealand conditions, they aren't immortal. We recommend using this Net Tunnel in the summer and swapping it for a Poly Tunnel in the winter to extend the life of your gear. It’s a lightweight structure—if a gale is blowing through, show it some love and tuck it away. Treat it well, and it’ll reward your obsession with many seasons of pristine harvests.
