Bound in natural linen with gold foil detailing and floral endpapers, it looks like something you would leave out on the shelf on purpose. It still works hard. Cotton webbing straps and gold metal buckles pull down with real pressing power, while six reusable acid free matboard pages and twelve acid free blotting sheets layer up inside to dry your finds without staining or curling.
At 13 x 20.5cm it asks almost nothing of you. Which is the point. Slow down, notice the small things, and bring a few of them home properly.
