The Silky Flart 175mm Floral Scissors are for the bucket of stems on the bench and the vase that is only half done. Japanese stainless steel blades with a non-stick fluorine coating, so sap, resin and pollen wipe straight off instead of gumming up the edge.
Picture Saturday morning with an armful of dahlias. Angle cut, angle cut, angle cut. The wavy blade edge grips a slippery stem instead of sliding off it. Then the florist wire, using the notch at the base of the blades, without reaching for another tool. Wipe them clean, hang them up, done.

Materials & Care
- Wipe the blades after each use. Sap and resin lift off the coating easily.
- Do not use a rust eraser, scourer or sharpening stone on the coated blades. It will wear the coating.
- Dry before storing. A drop of camellia oil on the pivot keeps the action smooth.
- Made for flower stems and wire. Use secateurs for thick woody stems and branches.
