The Setup:

We’ve made installation straightforward with a plate welded directly to the base stem. Find your most prominent spot, source some non-corrosive bolts, and use a spirit level—we’re sticklers for a perfectly vertical stem. A quick tip from the obsessive: apply a little grease to the axle and ensure the ball bearing slides up inside to rest on top of the shaft. It reduces wear and keeps that movement buttery smooth.
